We use personal information only to operate, improve, and support Rezident.

• Provide rent tracking, occupancy, reminders, reporting, and related features.
• Send service-related messages, including WhatsApp rent reminders you configure.
• Respond to support requests and communicate about your account.
• Maintain security, prevent abuse, and comply with applicable law.
• Analyse aggregated usage to improve the product (not to sell personal data).

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only as described below.

• Service providers: hosting, email, messaging, analytics, and payment processors who process data on our instructions and under confidentiality obligations.
